Andretti is not giving up, quite the contrary. The American team is still a candidate for entry into Formula 1 in the years to come, it should join forces with General Motors and Cadillac for a joint arrival desired by 2028, despite the refusal expressed by the FOM last January. Michael Andretti's team is not giving up and to prove its credibility, the first computer-generated images of the new Andretti Global factory were revealed this Thursday.

The new site, based in Fishers near Indianapolis (Indiana, United States), is to extend over more than 36 hectares and is expected to be delivered by 2025. Andretti is working with the British company Ridge and welcomes Ratio and Clark Construction as new full partners in the design and development of the campus.

Andretti specifies that “The key element of the project centers on employee engagement and wellness culture, as the international brand engages Indiana's workforce and attracts global talent. » The new facility is expected to feature a state-of-the-art fitness center as well as walking trails, amphitheaters, employee gathering areas and expanded dining options.

Andretti will install its new premises in several stages: phase 1 will be the relocation of operations IndyCar, Indy NXT and IMSA under the same roof in an area of 37 m², from 000. If the other stages have not been specified, it is very likely that a space planned for potential F2025 activities has been planned.

“Since the laying of the first stone, we have taken the time to evaluate and deepen each aspect of the project, said Michael Andretti, CEO of Andretti Global. Our goal remains to create a healthy workplace and culture for employees and a campus that can be a destination for the community, while focusing on improving performance and competitive abilities for our race teams. The new designs and directions achieve all of these goals and I am very proud of what we are building. »
