What future for Porsche?

Porsche's future in the WEC appears increasingly uncertain, with a decision from the brand's Board of Directors expected in the coming days.

At the end of July, a Board of Directors within Porsche will make an important decision for the reigning world champion brand and winner of the last three editions of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Indeed, the managers of the German firm should decide on the future of the program WEC, with the possibility of an effective withdrawal at the end of the season, in the wake of that of Audi at the end of 2016. A choice which had been largely linked to the so-called Dieselgate.
