24 Hours of Daytona – H+23: Tom Blomqvist puts Cadillac back in the lead!

Is this the overcoming of victory? Around 1h20 from the finish of the 24 Hours of Daytona, Tom Blomqvist made short work of Felipe Nasr by overtaking the Brazilian on the outside of turn 1, with a GT in between. The double title holder with Acura thus allows the No. 31 Cadillac to regain control of the race and places the American manufacturer in the ideal position to achieve a fifth victory in the Florida double clock, the last dating back to 2020. The Briton immediately widened the gap on his rival. Unless there is a Full Course Yellow bringing everyone together, victory should be between these two. Louis Delétraz occupies third position with the No. 40 WTRAndretti Acura, but at a reasonable distance.
