Max Verstappen's father reacted to the affair surrounding Christian Horner. The main team is accused by an employee of Red Bull Racing of reprehensible behavior towards him. She recently appealed her suspension and referred the matter to the FIA ethics committee.

Since the off-season, the turmoil of this affair has poisoned the climate within the multiple world champion team. Wanting to play the good soul, Jos Verstappen wants serenity to return.

“It is necessary to find peace within the team, but given the circumstances it will take time, I think. I can't say much about it. I hope they (Red Bull Racing) will soon be able to concentrate on the race again, because that is the most important thing”, declared to the Dutch-speaking media Spouse.

Meanwhile, his son seems to care little about all the turmoil within the team, Jos also observes: “The important thing is that he continues to win, whatever he does. The car works very well and between the engineers and him, nothing (abnormal) happens either. Max can ignore this context, only he gets a lot of questions about it. He doesn't like it, but it's part of Formula 1."
