Yoann Bonato (Citroën C3 R5) was content to manage his lead in the last stage of the Rally du Var which included 3 special stages contested early in the morning. The reigning double French Rally champion finally won with a one minute lead over Bryan Bouffier (Hyundai i20 R5) who takes the honorary place of vice-champion by ranking ahead of Laurent Pellier (Citroën) for around ten seconds in advance.

Nikolay Gryazin (Skoda Fabia R5) finished just off the podium ahead of Quentin Gilbert (Skoda). Stéphane Sarrazin (Hyundai) was aiming for 2nd place until a puncture on the last course caused him to lose 2 minutes. He ultimately had to settle for 6th position ahead of William Wagner (Ford Fiesta R5), Mathieu Arzeno (Skoda), Guillaume de Mevius (Citroën) and Éric Mauffrey (Skoda). Anthony Fotia (Citroën) failed to reach the Top 10 after encountering mechanical problems in the first SS while he was in 8th place.
Cedric Robert (Renault Clio RS) won the R3 category while Hugo Margaillan dominated the 208 Rally Cup. Florian Bernardi won in the Clio R3T Trophy.
