Meeke manages his lead against Ogier in Mexico

Kris Meeke (Citroën) did not let Sébastien Ogier (M-Sport) return to the first pass of the second stage of the Rally from Mexico. The Northern Irishman returns to the service park with a lead of 23 seconds over the Frenchman. Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) still completes the provisional podium at a good distance from the two leaders and is almost a minute ahead of Ott Tänak (M-Sport).

Hayden Paddon (Hyundai) gained two positions, moving up to 5th with a lead from Juho Hänninen (Toyota). The Finn indicated that he did not feel in good shape this morning. His teammate and compatriot Jari-Matti Latvala follows in 7th place after taking advantage of an off-track by Stéphane Lefebvre (Citroën) in SS10.

En WRC 2, Éric Camilli (Ford) took the lead for a second ahead of Pontus Tidemand (Skoda). Benito Guerra (Skoda) lost almost two minutes following mechanical problems and found himself behind Elfyn Evans (Ford) who opened the road for the second stage.

The second passage of the second stage will be contested from 21:30 p.m. SS12 will be broadcast live on L'Équipe 21.
