Pontus Tidemand will be present at the Rally of Sweden contested from February 12 to 15 but the Scandinavian will ultimately be at the wheel of a Ford Fiesta adapted for WRC2. The Swede wants to concentrate on his program in the second category of the discipline. “I would have loved to drive a car again. The 2013 JWRC champion can prepare for his national event with confidence having already finished in eighth place last year in a Fiesta WRC, notably finishing ahead of Craig Breen and Kris Meeke. “ It’s going to be an exciting season and I’m excited for it to start in Sweden as it’s the highlight of my year. I drove an R5 last year on road and dirt and will be willing to drive a car like this on snowy roads. We count playing at the forefront at Rally Swedene, but I don't feel any particular pressure being at home. It’s actually quite the opposite. »
