I think it's time to review the basics of world rallying, because it's really ridiculous to see the lack of interest in manufacturers in the WRC, with partial participation by certain drivers. And especially with few competitors in R1, while in R2 it works better. I think we should use the R2 type cars (less expensive) and bring together the R1 and R2 drivers to make them compete together for the common drivers' world championship and create two trophies with a world manufacturers' championship and a world championship of teams-Teams. By offering 16 rounds on the calendar but with only participation (of choice) in 12 rounds for each driver, as we did in the past.
