During a session which lasted less than a quarter of an hour, due to storms and rain in Sao Paulo then the accident of Romain Grosjean, Nico Rosberg was the fastest in the third free practice session at Interlagos. The German driver lined up fast laps on the soaked circuit, before the red flag was raised due to a spectacular off-track by Romain Grosjean.
