Nicolas Ciamin (VW Polo GTi) seems to have made the right choice by starting on wet tires, putting more than 10 seconds at the end of the 14,54 seconds for Yoann Bonato (C3 Rally2) who chose the Supersofts and only takes the 5th place.

William Wagner (VW Polo GTi) and Hugo Margaillan (C3 Rally2) follow Ciamin in the standings.

CIAMIN: « There is a big gap. My choice of tires seems better than Yoann’s but it’s very complicated.”

ROBERT: “It’s sport, but you have to apply yourself. You shouldn't overdo it."

MARGAILLAN: “I touched a bale of straw, we lost a retro, but overall it's okay. We have difficulty making commitment”

CAMILLI: “I don’t feel well, I get scared on the patches of “ice”, I don’t feel confident”

Léo Rossel finished the special on fire after complaining at the end of SS1 about suspicious odors in the cabin of his Citroën C3. Eric Brunson, record holder for victories in Le Touquet and yet accustomed to the rough roads of the North of France, was trapped again, crossing a field, fortunately without major damage. Nyls Stievenart is out and remains stuck in the aisles.

Start of SS3 at 11:09 a.m.
