For the first time leader of a rally en WRC the previous special, Kalle Rovanperä (Toyota) lost almost half a minute in SS3 of Rally Estonia. The Finn drove with a delaminated right rear tire and lost his chances of victory.
For his part, the public's favorite, Ott Tänak (Hyundai) hit hard with the scratch time and a good lead over his rivals. Enough to take first place in the event, ahead of your teammate Craig Breen.
Elfyn Evans' Toyotas and Sébastien Ogier and the Hyundai of Thierry Neuville form the chasing group, while the Fords of the team M-Sport continue their descent.
