David Salanon wins the 66th Rally Lyon-Charbonnières half a minute ahead of the Citroën C4 WRC by Jean-Marie Cuoq. The first leader of the event was able to save second place by beating the Citroën of Pascal Trojani by around ten seconds. The Mini JCW WRCs of Olivier Marty and Pierre Roché complete the top five ahead of the Porsche 997 GT2 of Gilles Nantet who wins the Michelin Trophy.
