Ott Tänak (Toyota) once again set the best time by completing the 9km Tanti – Mataderos SS13,92 in 9'00''1 with a 3''8 lead over his direct opponent Kris Meeke (Citroën). The hierarchy remains the same with Thierry Neuville (Hyundai) next at 4”1 ahead of his teammate Dani Sordo while Sébastien Ogier (M-Sport) peaks at 7''8. Esapekka Lappi (Toyota) finished 8”4 behind, gaining more than two seconds from Andreas Mikkelsen (Hyundai). Craig Breen (Citroën) failed by more than 11 seconds. Elfyn Evans and Teemu Suninen (M-Sport) remain behind.
Ott Tänak now has a 26”5 lead over Kris Meeke. Thierry Neuville is just over six seconds behind the Citroën driver, remaining only 2”4 ahead of Dani Sordo. Sébastien Ogier still completes the Top 5 ahead of Craig Breen, Andreas Mikkelsen, Esapekka Lappi, Elfyn Evans and Teemu Suninen.
