Al Attiyah wins the Rally of Morocco ahead of Sébastien Loeb

The last stage of 163 km today won by Nani Roma and Alex Haro (Mini) was not enough to Sébastien Loeb et daniel helena (Peugeot ) to catch up with the Toyota No. 300 of Nasser Al Attiyah et Mathieu baumel, authors of the best weather of the day before. A double puncture for the Franco-Monegasque crew during the Fes Super Stage will see them stranded 34'' behind Roma and 26'' behind Al Attiyah.

In the final ranking, Al Attiyah and Baumel finished almost 8 minutes ahead of Sébastien Loeb and Daniel Elena, who moved up to 2e step of the podium. Roma and Haro lead a trio of Minis as Przygonski/Colsoul and Vasilyev/Zhiltsov complete the top 5. Overwhelmed by mechanical problems, the Peugeot of Carlos Sainz and Lucas Cruz can't do better than 10e.

Among the bikers, Matthias Walkner won the rally with his KTM in 10h03, 13 minutes less than Argentinian Kevin Benavides. On the truck side, Argentinians Federico Villagra, Adrain Yacopini and Ricardo Torlaschi won the Rally of Morocco.
