By winning his 49th victory at the end of Race 1 of the Andros Trophy in Andorra, Jean-Philippe Dayraut beat Yvan Muller's record.

Andros-C1: Dayraut beats Yvan Muller's record in Andorra

Jean-Philippe Dayraut (Mazda 3) achieved a great goal by beating Yvan Muller's record. By winning the 49th victory of his career Andros Trophy, the reigning winner becomes the most successful driver in the discipline and takes the opportunity to increase his lead in the Drivers' standings.

Le pilote Mazda s’est imposé devant Olivier Panis (Toyota Auris) et Franck Lagorce (Dacia Lodgy) au terme de cette première manche, les frères Dubourg (Renault Clio 3) finishing at the foot of the podium with Andréa preceding Jean-Baptiste.

The youngest DA Racing driver took third place in the qualifying heats, behind Jean-Philippe Dayraut and Olivier Panis, before slipping to fourth place in the final to finish ahead of his brother. Benjamin Rivière (Citroën DS3) took sixth place ahead of Toomas Heikkinen (Mazda 3), the World RX vice-champion.

In the Elites 2, it was Lionel Daziano (Auris) who won ahead of Thierry Joncoux (Mini) and Jacques Wolff (Mazda 3). Nathanaël Berthon (Biovitis) won in Electric ahead of Franck Lagorce (Andros) and Louis Gervoson (ALD Automotive). Marie Papillon won in Women.
