Andros-C1: Olivier Panis wins in Lans-en-Vercors
Olivier Panis (Toyota Auris) a décroché son troisième succès de la saison au Andros Trophy by winning Race 1 in Lans-en-Vercors (Isère). The Team WRT driver was the fastest during qualifying heats contested the day before before winning in the final this afternoon.
The former winner of the Monaco Grand Prix won ahead of Jean-Philippe Dayraut (Mazda 3) who maintains the advantage in the Drivers' standings with a 23-point lead. Benjamin Rivèire (Citroën DS3) completes the podium ahead of Jean-Baptiste Dubourg (Renault Clio 3) and Franck Lagorce (Dacia Lodgy).
Success is there for the Panis family since Aurélien Panis (Allianz) won in Electric ahead of Nathanaël Berthon (Biovitis) and Louis Gervoson (ALD Automotive).
