Bakkerud and Doran transferred to GCK with the Mégane RS
The GCK structure will look great in the World Championship paddock. rallycross (World RX) in 2020. The team founded by Guerlain Chicherit will field five cars: Renault Clio of the boss-driver and Baciuska were added three Mégane RS for Anton Marklund, but also and above all, Andreas Bakkerud and Liam Doran.

These last two competitors thus swap their Audi S1 (managed by EKS) for the Diamond sedan. If the team will officially be called Monster Energy RX Cartel, it is the GC Kompetiton which will take care of the maintenance and entry of the cars.

The last time I drove a Renault was to become European champion (in S 1600 with a Twingo in 2012. Editor’s note), so why not bring the cup home again? »
His explosive teammate Liam Doran also has major ambitions as he returns to the GCK fold after four rounds in 2018. “Last year I had a hard time getting used to the Audi (8e), so coming back to something I know is good for me. I have high expectations. This year, there is no excuse to miss out on victory. »
