Race 2: Berthon alone in the world at Serre-Chevalier

Just perfect. Nathanaël Berthon won qualifying, pole and race 2 this weekend at Serre-Chevalier. The SP Competition driver had no trouble winning this Sunday morning on a track where we saw no regular overtaking.

In fact, Jean-Baptiste Dubourg, who started second on the grid, kept his position and made the big move in the championship since he increased his lead over his two main rivals, Yann Ehrlacher (M Racing) and Aurélien Panis (Saintéloc).

The Alsatian finished fifth in the race and limited the damage, while Panis had to be content with a victory in the small final.

The last place on the podium goes to Nicolas Cheers. The pilot Renault Zoe secured the victory ahead of Franck Lagorce and Quentin Giordano.

In the championship, Jean-Baptiste Dubourg made the hole this weekend. Neck and neck with Ehrlacher and Panis upon arriving at Serre-Chevalier, he left with a 25-point lead.
