Race 2: Nathanaël Berthon on pole

Anything can happen on a tour, except for Nathanaël Berthon (Peugeot e208). Untouchable in qualifying, the only driver to regularly go under 51 seconds continued alone during the superpole. Author of the grand slam will start as the big favorite for race 2 of Andros Trophy in Serre-Chevalier Sunday morning. “It’s a change from the first race! We had a lot of nail problems, we fixed that and it's paying off. I am very happy,” commented Berthon.

The SP Compétition member will have Jean-Baptiste Dubourg (Renault Zoe) who continued to improve after a failed Q1. The DA Racing driver failed just 43 thousandths behind the poleman and will be one to watch in the race.

The leader of the general classification especially has the opportunity to make a hole in the championship, since his opponents are clearly behind. Yann Ehrlacher (M Racing) will only start fourth behind Nicolas Cheers (DA Racing) and Aurélien Panis was unable to qualify in superpole.

Franck Lagorce for his part finished fifth and Quentin Giordano will complete the starting line for the superfinal.
