Bruce, do you still consider yourself a working pilot?
When your identity is forged around a passion from the age of 10 and you do this job for most of your life, the body retains a chemical and psychological memory of the adrenaline intake from this sport. As for me, I found palliatives by practicing freefall, kite-surfing or enduro on a motorcycle. Not so long ago, for the show Automotive, I tried the prototype of the film Gran Turismo : the Ligier JS PX. I didn't tell anyone, but I had tears in my eyes at the wheel as the sensations it gave me were close to those I experienced during my career and which I no longer feel anymore. . I am no longer active, but I will remain a pilot all my life, because these sensations remain anchored forever.

I spent the majority of my weekends in Lyon for my parents' work. I begged my dad to take me riding. After six months, seeing my diligence, he bought me an old rental kart so that I could drive a little more as I pleased. The track boss advised my father to take part in a race
