Hello Mika! You pulled out all the stops for AUTOhebdo or do you always move around McLaren P1?

What I love, apart from the fact that it's a McLaren, is that it's a real sports car that you can use. Many cars of this type have a great design, but when you sit in them you have no visibility. In this P1, visibility is optimum all the time. Even sporty cars like this are made to be used, not just looked at. McLaren has always understood this. This has always been a major concern of the brand.

We believe you, but you're still not going to buy bread with it...

Let's say the only annoying thing is that I'm the proud father of five children, and the P1 is not made for large families. So I take her out as much as possible, but depending on my family responsibilities. I even use it for business trips. There's no need to be at full throttle all the time, it's a machine that accepts that you're comfortable driving. What I do.

On the streets of Monaco, wasn't your 4 MP13/1998 easier to handle?

Interesting question. The MP4/13 feels like it was tailor-made for me. No matter what I did with the steering wheel, it was always precise.
