We are here at the French Grand Prix… what is your role in the paddock?

I am here to support my pilots. At the top of the pyramid as in junior formulas, my role with them is the same. I make sure that they have the right attitude, that they are physically and mentally ready... in short, I ensure daily monitoring which allows them to maintain a maximum level of performance. I also tell them when they are not doing things well or when they do not have the right approach. Few people can tell them or know them as I know them. I've been around them for a long time, so they can't lie to me and, when things aren't going well, I see it right away.
