Italy, host country of the first edition of the event held in 2019 in Rome, finished the FIA Motorsport Games on top for the second time. The feat is all the more impressive as the country was only represented in eight of the 16 disciplines on display at the event. Despite this, the Italian team won gold medals in Rally 4 with Roberto Daprà and Luca Guglielmetti, in Historic Rally with Andrea Zivian and Nicola Arena, and in Formula 4 with Andrea Kimi Antonelli.

Thanks to the silver medal acquired by Mirko Bortolotti in the GT Sprint Cup, Italy is alone at the top of the medal table ahead of France. On home soil, the Blues came in second place with a total of three medals, all gold, thanks to victories in GT Cup with Éric Debard and Simon Gachet, in Rally2 with Mathieu Arzeno and Romain Roche, and Cross Car Senior with David Méat.

Belgium completes the podium of these FIA Motorsport Games. With 21 representatives, the Belgian delegation was the 2e more supplied after Spain. And it came close for the Flat Country to rise to the top in the number of gold medals won. The Belgian nation won gold in Karting Senior Sprint with Elie Goldstein, in Karting Endurance with the quartet Maxime Drion-Jeremy Peclers-Sita Vannmeert-Antoine Morlet), silver in Karting Slalom with Romy De Groote and Dario Pemov), and bronze in GT Sprint with Dries Vanthoor and in Cross Car Junior with Romuald Demelenne.
