The dominoes continue to fall. This time, it's the turn of rallycross world to delay the start of the school year. The World RX will in fact not go to the Barcelona-Catalunya circuit (Spain) on the planned dates (April 18-19) in the context of the spread of the coronavirus.

“In light of the decree of the Generality of Catalonia to suspend all sporting events, the World RX meeting in Barcelona has been postponed, states the organizers' press release.
This decision was taken after rigorous study and consultation with the FIA, the Spanish Motorsport Federation (RACC) and the local promoter, as the health and safety of all participants remains our priority. »
We are looking for an alternative date for this event, in agreement with the Catalan promoter. » For now, the 2020 season will begin on May 2 and 3 in Montalegre (Portugal) at the earliest.
