Nico Rosberg enters Extreme E with his own team
Retired since 2016, Nico Rosberg will return to service next year. Very attracted by the ecology sector in which he has made various investments, the German will participate in the first season in the history of Extreme, the 100% electric SUV championship.

In Extreme E next year, the 2016 Formula 1 world champion will race with his own team: Rosberg Xtreme Racing. The latter is an evolution of Team Rosberg, founded in 1994 by his father Keke, also F1 champion.
« We are delighted to be able to confirm that Rosberg Xtreme Racing will join our grid for the first season of Extreme E, savors Alejandro Agag, the founder of the race. We have been talking about this project for several months and we are very happy that he chose our stage to make his return to competition ».
As Extreme E wants, Nico Rosberg will form the duo with a pilot. However, her identity is not yet known.
