Nicolas Prost winner in Serre-Chevalier, Dubourg new leader

Performing since the opening of the winter season Andros Trophy, Nicholas Cheers however, had not yet won a victory with DA Racing. An error repaired Sunday January 19 on the icy track of Serre-Chevalier (Hautes-Alpes).

At the wheel of his Renault Zoé electric, the son of the quadruple world champion of Formula 1 not only won the qualifying heats but also the Super Final. The Gironde team is in high spirits because leader Jean-Baptiste Dubourg regains the lead in the general classification thanks to a second place in the Super Final.

The four-time defending champion is also benefiting from the slight slump of his main rival Aurélien Panis (Audi), only eighth of the day and absent from the Super Final. Yann Ehrlacher (Andros) also took the opportunity to get closer to the leading duo with a third place snatched despite a wandering right rear wheel.
