World RX will have more entries in 2015
IMG, the promoter of World RX, can be satisfied with its efforts produced for over a year. For the second season of the World Championship rallycross, the number of teams entering two cars for all events will increase from 6 to 8 for a calendar extended to 13 meetings compared to 12 in 2014.
The team of Petter Solberg, the reigning champion, will be present again alongside Olsbergs MSE who won the Team title. Marklund Motorsport and the Team Peugeot -Hansen will also be back full-time. World RX Team Austria, Volkswagen Team Sweden, All-Inkl Münnich Motorsport and EKS will complete the list. In total, five manufacturers will be represented: Audi, Citroën, Ford, Volkswagen and Peugeot.
The season will begin on April 25 and 26 in Montalegre (Portugal).
