Mark Higgins returns to Silverstone

Mark Higgins has confirmed his participation in the World RX meeting at Silverstone on May 25-26. The double British Rally Champion will take the wheel of the Peugeot 208 WRX entered by the Albatec Racing structure with which he finished 16th in his national round last year.

His first participation at the world level was promising since he won two races during the qualifying heats, but his weekend was disrupted by the breakdown of a suspension in Q2.

“My participation last year was akin to a discovery, comments the person concerned. This was only my fourth event in Rallycross, but I really enjoyed this weekend and we obtained very good results against drivers entered with official teams. I learned a lot during my first season in rallycross and I plan to put that knowledge into practice this month. »
