Rallycross RX – Ekström and Tidemand with EKS

Le Rallycross RX welcomes a new team with EKS which will compete in several events entering an Audi S1. The team's program will be more detailed next month but Mattias Ekström and Pontus Tidemand are already confirmed as the team's first drivers.

“Our objectives for this year are to progress as much as possible in the research and development of the car”, explains the official Audi driver. “We obviously want to make the best car. I grew up in the rallycross paddocks with my father and I am very excited to drive a Supercar this season while witnessing the emergence of this discipline on a global level. »

EKS will especially be able to count on the reigning JWRC champion Pontus Tidemand whose background is closest to the discipline. “ It's really great to join EKS, a team that really has the ambition to win. This team has a lot of experience and is made up of people who love competition. »
