This season is definitely that of the Hansens. Winners in turn of the first two rounds of the season, Timmy and Kevin dominated the final at Lohéac to further establish their domination in the championship.
However, everything did not start well for Kenneth Hansen's sons. Lagging behind Johan Kristoffersson and his Audi A1 at the start of the day, the two brothers worked at length with their mechanics to improve the pace of their Peugeot 208.
Present in the semi-finals, Timmy and Kevin then received a new helping hand from destiny. Already the victim of a puncture in Sweden at this same stage of the meeting, Johan Kristoffersson was this time betrayed by his mechanics even though pole position in the final was promised to him. A gift from heaven for the brothers.
The final was then a mere formality for the Hansen family. Starting at the front of the line with his brother, Timmy took control from the first brake. Interspersed in the exhausts of the eldest, Kevin did not tempt the devil and lined up behind thus offering the second victory to his brother and a third double in as many rounds at home.
