Titans RX – Kevin Hansen wins at Lydden Hill

Kevin Hansen won the second race of the weekend in TitansRX at the Lydden Hill circuit (Great Britain). The youngest member of the Swedish family won his semi-final and led every lap of the final after securing the best position on the grid.

Timmy Hansen gave his parents Kenneth and Susan a double after starting from the second row. The elder scuffled with Toomas Heikkinen who tried everything to find the opening but who finally failed at the foot of the podium by being caught by Andrew Jordan in the last turns. Ronny C'Rock finished just behind while the final ranking was completed by Tamara Molinaro.

Dan Rooke and Oliver Webb saw their weekend end in the semi-final with mechanical problems. Like the day before, Jérôme Grosset-Janin was also the victim of mechanical problems with turbo failures. Nelson Piquet Jr saw his misfortunes follow him by breaking a wheel in the semi-final.

Kevin Hansen will arrive in Montalegre (Portugal) on August 10 with one point ahead of Toomas Heikkinen and 8 points over his brother Timmy. Jérôme Grosset-Janin is in 5th place, a good distance from the leaders following his weekend disrupted by mechanics.
