World RX – Lohéac extends for 5 years

The Lohéac circuit will remain on the World RX calendar at least until 2021. The promoters of the Breton circuit which is hosting the World RX Championship this weekend for the third time in a row Rallycross will sign the agreement with the promoter IMG this afternoon at 15:30 p.m. in the paddock.

Lohéac is a flagship event of the World RX season. The French circuit welcomes several tens of thousands of people each edition.

In issue 2075 of AUTOhebdo, World RX director Paul Bellamy already made it clear that the World Rallycross Championship could not do without such a popular event.

“It is true that the infrastructures of the French circuit are not comparable to (a meeting like that of Trois-Rivières). But that's part of the charm.
