Wednesday was a day of contrast for Peugeot Sport au Rally from Morocco. If Carlos Sainz scored a second consecutive stage victory with the 2008 DKR16, Sébastien Loeb is experiencing a complicated stage, notably marked by a rollover 14 km from the finish, forcing the Alsatian and Daniel Elena to currently attempt a repair on a damaged front wheel
Earlier in the day, the nine-time world rally champion's Peugeot 2008 DKR 2015+ had already found itself on its side in the dunes, with Loeb-Elena losing a lot of time in the mishap.
In the general classification, and thanks to his victory of the day with a 3'56" lead over the Mini of Team X-Raid of Nasser Al-Attiyah, victim of a puncture at the start of today's stage, Carlos Sainz has a 5'20" margin over the Qatari and 22'07" on the Russian Vladimir Vasilyev.
