Head to the Côte d'Azur and the city of Cannes from the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte for the 32nd edition of the Tour Auto.

The 2023 Tour Auto route revealed

The 2023 Tour Auto competitors will take a route of more than 2 km and will stop in Beaune, Clermont-Ferrand and Valence and a penultimate city which will be revealed later. On the circuit side, the drivers will compete on the tracks of Dijon-Prenois, Bresse, Charade and Paul Ricard. 000 special stages on closed roads complete the menu for this gala edition, the official start of which will be given at the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte.

Monday April 17: Paris – Grand Palais Éphémère

The administrative and technical checks carried out by the Peter Auto teams will be held at the Grand Palais Éphémère which will be open to the public on Monday April 17 from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m.

The opportunity for everyone to admire this veritable rolling museum.

Tuesday April 18: Paris – Circuit de Dijon Prenois – Beaune + 1 Special

As soon as soon, the Tour Auto caravan will leave the Grand Palais Éphémère to reach the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte where the official start of the race will be given. The competitors will then head to the Dijon Prenois circuit which celebrated its 2022th anniversary in 50 for the first circuit event of the week.

To end this first stage, the competitors will head to Beaune, the capital of Burgundy wines.

Wednesday April 19: Beaune – Circuit de Bresse - Clermont-Ferrand + 2 Specials

After this first high-speed warm-up stage, the Tour Auto drivers will leave Beaune to reach the Bresse circuit, a private mechanical complex opened in 2006.

After this passage on the circuit and 2 special stages on closed roads, the participants will finish this second day in Clermont-Ferrand, capital of Auvergne and headquarters of the Michelin tire manufacturer.

Thursday April 20: Clermont-Ferrand – Circuit de Charade – Valence + 2 Specials 

Head to the Charade circuit for the third day. This 3,975 km route is an institution which has seen big names in automobiles such as Jackie Stewart and Graham Hill shine at the wheel of a Formula 1. Two new ES complete the program for this stage.

This stage will end in Valencia, often referred to as The South Gate.

Friday April 21: Valencia – Circuit du Castellet – City waiting + 2 Specials 

The penultimate day will be marked by 2 special stages and a stop at the Paul Ricard circuit. Renovated and modernized in 2002 to Formula 1 standards, it has become a highly anticipated stopover for drivers.

Saturday April 22: City waiting – Cannes + 3 Specials

Last wake-up call at dawn for the crews to reach Cannes, the arrival city of this 2023 edition of the Tour Auto. No circuit but three specials on the program. Between the fatigue of men and machines, this last day of racing is one of all emotions, but completing a Tour Auto is well worth these efforts.
