For the first time co-organized by HVM Racing and the FFSA at Easter, the event was an opportunity to note a deep interest on the part of the public for the single-seaters which have written the history of motorsport, with drivers won over by the atmosphere of the Classic.

Easter isn't just about bells and egg hunts. Motorsport enthusiasts have known for ages that the Cups at Nogaro (see Races pages) are the major event in France. But the Gersois will have to get used to the idea that they are no longer the only ones hitting the asphalt! For its fifth edition, the Grand Prix de France historique (GPFH) has decided to take a leap in the calendar. The summer location, at the end of June or in July, wanted to coincide with the arrival of the Formula 1 at Paul-Ricard (Var) for the last three years, lived.
