Canceled due to Covid-19 last year, the Dix Mille Tours resumed their march forward under bright sunshine. The meeting, fixed as is customary on the Circuit Paul-Ricard (Var), was one of the most popular on the calendar organized by Peter Auto with 15 spectators counted to admire no less than 000 cars entered in the nine different trays. It's in Endurance Racing Legends (ERL), the competition bringing together the most recent cars (protos and GTs from the 1990s and 2000s), where the anecdotes were the richest, starting with Erik Maris' double podium. The French collector was not certain of competing in the Castellet event due to an unusual theft: the disappearance of the steering wheel of his Audi R8 LMP on the sidelines of the Le Mans Classic (June 30-July 3).
