Leaders of the championship since their success in Florida 1000 Miles of Sebring (mid-March), Philippe Sinault's men confirmed their position with a 2nd place obtained at the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps (early May). An 8th podium in a row with the same car and the same crew. Since this result acquired at the Toboggan des Ardennes, the French team has launched a race against time to carry out a complete overhaul of its A480 and a shakedown in Lurcy-Lévis (Allier), 60 km from its workshops. To prepare for any eventuality in a grueling event for both the men and the machine, the members of the team carried out meticulous work on preparing spare parts in order to face this challenge of the double clock tower in Sarthe. This is the equivalent of three containers of materiel.
