The third Lamborghini Iron Lynx will race in the GTD Pro category. A large part of the crew was already known since we will find the official drivers of the Sant'Agata Bolognese firm scheduled for the LMDh: Andrea Caldarelli, Mirko Bortolotti and the Frenchman Romain Grosjean. The fourth member of the crew will be South African Jordan Pepper.

« We are delighted to announce our fantastic driver line-up and three cars for the prestigious 24 Hours of Daytona later this month, which will mark our first participation in the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup, says Andrea Piccini, team principal of Iron Lynx. It's also a pleasure to bring the Iron Dames back to America, allowing us to grow our fan base in this country and building on the incredible support they received last year at the 1000 Miles of Sebring. As we embark on this season, we will use the learnings from our previous intense seasons to approach 2023 with the same spirit and attitude, combining new and existing drivers with a rich knowledge of winning in motorsport. »

The Iron Dames will also compete in the other rounds of the Endurance Cup, as will the No. 63 Iron Lynx of Romain Grosjean. The Frenchman will also take part in the development of the Italian prototype in addition to his season in IndyCar with Andretti Autosport.
