The most weighted Toyotas at Sebring

If Rebellion Racing won at the 6 Hours of Austin (Texas) last month, Toyota remains in control of the championship before the 1000 Miles of Sebring (Florida) played next week. The Balance of Performance is therefore more detrimental for the TS050 Hybrid.

The No. 7 Toyota Conway-Kobayashi-Lopez at the top of the LMP1 ranking will have a handicap of 3''02 per lap, while the n°8 of Buemi-Nakajima-Hartley will be penalized by 2”64. The two Japanese prototypes will weigh 932kg, compared to the 877kg of the Rebellion R13 and the 833kg of the Ginetta of Team LNT which missed the last event in the USA. The handicaps will be effective on fuel flow, tank capacity and ERS.

Conversely, Corvette will benefit from a nice boost after lackluster performances for the C8.R in Austin. The American will benefit from an air restrictor increased by 1,5mm but will retain its weight of 1240kg. There Porsche 911 RSR, on the other hand, will take 23kg with an air restrictor widened by 0,5mm. THE Ferrari 488 GTE and the Aston Martin Vantage GTE will keep the same settings as in the last race. No change in GTE Am either.
