In accordance with whatCARhebdo announced to you at the end of January (see Ah n°2201), the Jackie Chan DC Racing team will see a notable change in the crew of its Oreca 07 – Gibson n°37 during the 24 Hours of Le Mans 2019 (June 15-16). Committed to 1000 miles of Sebring (Florida) and at the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps with the Chinese entity incubated by Jota Sport, Will Stevens will be at Panis-Barthez Compétition, his employer in ELMS, in Sarthe.

The English will be replaced by the American Ricky taylor, whose record includes victories at the 24 Hours of Daytona, the 12 Hours of Sebring and Petit Le Mans, without forgetting a title in IMSA in 2017. The current official driver of the Acura Team Penske team in IMSA will team up with Jordan King and David Heinemeier-Hansson. This will be the sixth participation of Jordan's big brother (29 years old) at Le Mans, the fourth in LM P2.

The winner of the 24 Hours of Daytona 2017 returns to the Chinese team after a difficult French double-clock in 2018 (abandonment with Côme Ledogar and David Heinemeier-Hansson). His best result in LM P2 remains a ninth place with Larbre Compétition in 2014.
