VIDEO – Isotta Fraschini’s Tipo 6 goes on the test bench

While the first run of Isotta Fraschini’s Tipo 6 LMH-C should take place in April. In the meantime, the Italian manufacturer, supported by Vector Sport, continues to reveal images of the development of its car on his YouTube channel. The latest, to be found below, shows the future Hypercar on a four-wheel drive test bench. 

A candidate for the 2023 championship, the car was ultimately not accepted, because it had not yet passed the homologation stage, but since then, the project led by Michelotto Engineering Spa has been accelerated. “ The car had to be presented to remove the last doubts, whispered Claudio Berro, the director of Isotta Fraschini Motosport, on the sidelines of the 1000 Miles of Sebring. The adventure began two years ago with, on the one hand a group of investors who wanted to relaunch Isotta Fraschini and, on the other hand, Michelotto who wanted to engage in a Hypercar project echoing the DNA of the brand disappeared at the dawn of the 1950s. The technical platform advanced more quickly than the financial one, but now both are at the same pace."
