ADAC GT – Franck Perera winner at the Nürburgring

After taking pole position in the rain during the morning, Franck Perera (Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo no. 82 – GRT) perfectly controlled the proceedings during the first stint of the second race of the ADAC GT Masters at the Nürburgring yesterday.

The official Lamborghini driver managed the safety car period well before widening the gap on his pursuers and offering a comfortable lead to his teammate Rolf Ineichen, who only had to finish under the checkered flag.

This is the first success in 2019 for the tandem of Gottfried Grasser's team, which also leaves the Nürburgring with a double, Mirko Bortolotti and Christian Engelhart having won the day before in race 1 but being forced to abandonment in race 2.

Perera also took the opportunity to unlock his counter in the German championship. GRT is thus preparing as best as possible for the Blancpain GT World Challenge Europe meeting which will be contested on this same track in around ten days.
