24h Nürburgring – Audi against BMW after 18 hours of racing

After 18 hours of racing, the fight for victory in the 24 Hours of Nürburgring seems to be played out between Audi with Team WRT and BMW represented by Marc VDS Racing. The lead in the race is occupied by the No. 8 R28 LMS of Mies-Sandström-Müller-Vanthoor and the No. 4 Z3 GT25 of Martin-Luhr-Palttala-Westbrook.

The No. 26 BMW from the Belgian team driven by Farfus-Müller-Catsburg-Adorf, who occupied the forefront in the first part of the event, continues to progress in the top five.

The first four places are always occupied by different manufacturers. There Porsche 997 GT3 R n°44 Falken Motorsports of Dumbreck-Henzler-Ragginger-Imperatori lurks in 3rd place ahead of the Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 n°5 from Al Faisal-Haupt-Buurman-van Lagen in Black Falcon colors.
