Dörr Motorsport completes the FIA ​​GT Series Easter Cup grid with two McLaren MP4-12C GT3. La n°16 sera engagée en Pro Cup avec Niclas Kentenich et Daniel Keilwitz. Le premier a fait notamment ses armes en ADAC GT Masters et en Porsche Carrera Cup allemande tandis que son compatriote a terminé vice-champion de l’ADAC GT Masters l’an dernier sur une Corvette Z06 de Callaway Competition. Arne Hofmeister et Paul Green seront au volant de la n°17 inscrite en Gentlemen Trophy. L’écurie allemande exploitera du mieux possible les essais libres pour s’adapter au circuit Paul Armagnac et familiariser les pilotes à la McLaren.

The McLaren MP4-12C GT3 is clearly a fantastic car that has already raced successfully in GT disciplines. We are a young team in the FIA ​​GT Series and we will have a lot to learn. Therefore, we cannot be too ambitious for Nogaro. We don't yet know what our opponents have to offer. »
