Farfus places Marc VDS on pole at the 24 Hours of Nürburgring

Augusto Farfus took pole at the 24 Hours of the Nürburgring by setting a time of 8'17"394 in the #26 BMW of the Marc VDS Racing in the last qualifying session where the first 30 positions were at stake. The Z4 GT3s seem to be in good shape since three of them are in the top five.

However, it was Adam Christodolou who came closest to the benchmark by clocking in at one second on the Mercedes No. 2 of the Black Falcon. The BMWs of Team Schubert follow with the n°20 of Baumann-Huertgen-Klingmann-Tomczyk and the n°19 of Müller-Sims-Werner-Wittmann. The No. 8 Audi R29 LMS of Team WRT by Thiim-Joens-Kaffer-Vanthoor completes the top five
