Julien Jousse has already started his season by participating in the Lucas Oil 200 of the ARCA Championship held at Daytona. The Frenchman will get back behind the wheel this weekend by taking part in the Easter Cups at Nogaro in the FIA GT Series. The French driver will ride the BMW Z4 of the BMW Sports Trophy Team India alongside Armaan Ebrahim. “It will be a first for me with the BMW Z4, but from what I have seen, the car seems very pleasant to drive. The grid will be very competitive and I can't wait to face these great teams and great drivers. Despite the lack of time to prepare for the season, the team is doing everything to achieve its objectives and I am sure that with BMW Motorsport we will manage to show interesting things. »
The team's Team Manager Franck Tiné is delighted to welcome Julien Jousse to his team and looks forward to seeing the level of his team in the peloton. “Having a driver like Julien alongside Armaan is a great opportunity for a young team like ours. We will be able to learn from his experience by working together. We intend to fight as quickly as possible with our prestigious opponents in the FIA GT Series. We will have a first answer this weekend in Nogaro and I think we can be confident. The team is giving the best of itself and we have a very competitive crew with Armaan Ebrahim and Julien Jousse. »
