Team Marc VDS in Renault Sport Trophy

Renault has revealed the list of seven teams which will take part in the second season of the Renault Sport Trophy, which features the RS 01s. Team Marc VDS is included among the entrants.

Seven teams will take part in the championship Renault Sport Trophy in 2016, contested on the sidelines of the European Le Mans Series. Alongside the ART Junior Team, with whom Andrea Pizzitola won the Elite title last year, we will once again find the Oregon team, title holders among the Teams. The British team Strakka Racing announced this morning its commitment to the duo Nick Levantis – Lewis Williamson.

We will also note the arrival of Team Marc VDS, which partners on a technical level with Monlau Competición, which competed in the championship last year. However, the Belgian team announced its withdrawal from motorsport at the end of 2015 after winning the 24 Hours of Spa in Blancpain. Endurance Series with the BMW Z4 GT3.
