The brand with the rings concluded the 2015 season in style DTM by a hat-trick on the Hockenheim track. Jamie green took the opportunity to sign his fourth success of the year, the tenth for Audi, after getting the better of pole sitter Gary Paffett (ART Grand Prix? Mercedes) at the start of the race.
Mattias Ekström and Edoardo Mortara complete the podium but could not help Audi win the Manufacturers' title, which goes to BMW. Paul Di Resta takes the first Mercedes to fourth position ahead of Timo Scheider, winner yesterday, and the first BMW of Maxime Martin.
Adrian Tambay (Audi) was at the forefront at the start of the event but was the collateral victim of contact between Christian Vietoris (Mercedes) and Miguel Molina (Audi) and was forced to retire.
