Attempto Racing arrives in DTM with Marius Zug

Present in numerous SRO championships, the German team Attempto Racing has decided to take a new voice in 2022, by adding a program DTM to his credit. Announced this morning, the crew is committed to the eight weekends that make up this season, with the young Marius Zug at the head of the bill. The German will drive the only Audi R8 LMS evo II fielded by his team.

“Racing in the highest league of touring and sports cars has always been my goal. I am very happy to have been able to sign the contract with Attempto Racing. For me, it’s a dream come true,” he confides on the sidelines of the officialization. The young German is certainly only 19 years old, but he has already logged several seasons in Italian GT, where he notably became vice-champion in the European GT4 series.
