Dream Race – Audi takes the lead in EL2

If the rain continues to fall in Shizuoka Prefecture, the second free practice session of the Dream Race took place without any notable incident.

Audi confirmed its good form by placing two RS5 DTM in the first two places. The best time of the session (and of the day) is to the credit of René Rast in 1'50"385. The German is ahead of the French by 0 »493 Loïc duval, who confirms that he will have to be counted on this weekend.

Third on Modulo's Honda NSX-GT, Tadasuke Makino is the best representative of Super GT. He is ahead of Nick Cassidy (Lexus LC500 n°37 / Tom'S) and James Rossiter (Nissan GT-R n°12 / Impul).

Benoît Tréluyer (No. 5 Audi RS21 DTM) is ninth, three places ahead of Frédéric Makowiecki (No. 3 Nissan GT-R).
